“It was a pleasure working with Spex Asia, who stepped in to assist us on a high-level, targeted project. Their prompt attention to emails, our requests & flow of information was exceptional, and the overall results helped to make our event successful. In general, a very easy group to work with that I would highly recommend!”
"Working with Spex Asia was a wonderful value-add to our business. We had a very specific database-related need and they delivered on all fronts. Especially when we provided feedback on how some results could be improved and they welcomed that and acted on it - top notch! Would recommend them in a heartbeat. Daniel and the team were a pleasure to work with."
“UBM Singapore has been working with Spex Asia on a number of Global Tissue World events where Spex Asia has helped us to attract exhibition visitors as well as paid conference delegates.
The great things are that they have a global reach with agents covering different time zones, giving us the option to reach all continents directly as and when needed. Their reports are one of a kind: seamless, detailed and even providing voice recordings. What I like about working with Daniel and his team is that we dedicate a lot of time in the brief. Each and every event is very well understood. We even receive compliments on their good work.
Also, it’s great that they pro-actively make suggestions on how to improve the event attendance. Overall it’s been a very fruitful collaboration between Spex Asia and us so far. I highly recommend Spex Asia.”
“As a new conference business, quality data and lead generation is vitally important to our success. We tasked SPEX Asia with an initial data build for our marketing campaign and delegate sales lead generation campaign. They surpassed our expectations and delivered a world-class database of verified, quality leads. We would not hesitate in recommending SPEX Asia to anyone looking to create a strong foundation for their marketing and sales campaign.”
“Spex Asia’s telesales team worked alongside our in-house team to secure nominations for the S&P Global Platts Global Energy Awards. They helped us to expand our database and secure sufficient, quality nominations from around the world.
They were receptive to feedback, collaborated with other members which created more comradery and team success in reaching our shared goals.
We are very pleased with the support and results from Spex Asia.”
“London Business School of Finance Singapore campus has been working with Spex Asia since April 2018 on our international students sales campaign. Spex Asia provided dedicated telesales agents, who act as direct extension of our internal local sales team. Working with Spex Asia enables us to expand our product reach beyond our internal resources, yield positive results, without having to commit to additional manpower and operational cost.
Their structured and process driven approach has proven to be a successful model for any client considering sales outsourcing.”
“Daniel and his team at Spex Asia has proved to be a capable partner for: outsourced delegate sales, visitor promotion outreach, and data building services. The quality of work, ability to work on a compressed timeline, and clarity of reporting are big plusses in my book. I would not hesitate to recommend SpexAsia to other organisers in the business”
“We are pleased to be working with SpEx Asia on several of our conferences, to help maximize delegate sales / attendance. We have been impressed with the management of their process which allows us to focus on other key areas, such as delivering great content, speakers and topics to the market. The team is easy to work with, always available and we have found them to be a suitable ‘bolt-on’ component to help boost our delegate sales needs”.
“Spex Asia has been a crucial support in providing sales resources for some of Koelnmesse’s annual conferences. Since our requirement for sales people is usually only seasonal, the services of Spex Asia have been ideal for this purpose. They provide us with dedicated and well trained sales resources for those months that we need them and help drive results during that period. Spex Asia team is very hands on and ensures delivery of results so that we can focus on the rest of the projects. Thank you Spex Asia!”
“Spex Asia has been a valued and trusted partner to Bloomberg BNA, and the Spex Asia team has worked professionally to deliver outstanding results. The collaboration of their team to understand the market, solve problems and to deliver on our objectives has been truly excellent. They are clearly committed to our success.
As a specific example, Spex-Asia provided marketing services for our recent Global Transfer Pricing Conference in Paris and delivered outstanding results. The conference went very well and the room was packed, surpassing our results from previous years.”
